Hi John,
I haven't heard from you for a long time and you know that every time winter comes I remember you even though we can't see each other. By the way, I remember that on these dates a couple of years ago you went on a trip to help children in need in an NGO. How did you feel after do that?
I have done a lot of things for many people, even for people who have failed me. But I don't regret or have stopped helping other people for having bad experience.In fact, I've been helping my parents with the domestic tasks all the time. Also my classmates with homework or jobs every time I can. Like my friends, including those who are not tant but sometimes need someone to lean on.
I feel very good helping others, the reward when helping isn't always money,trophies or things like that. My satisfaction in helping is something personal. I feel very proud of myself for doing it without expecting anything in return. Helping others does not cost anything.You win, feeling better and they also feel supported by someone or cost less to do something thanks to your help.
To conclude, I think having empathy and wanting to help those who need it is one of the best qualities of the human being.I'm glad we have these things in common, among others.I hope we see each other soon and keep adding together.

How's it going? Glad to hear about you and your family. By the way I am going to talk about the volunteering that I didin a nursing home.
I went a few months ago,with a group of friends in Mairena del Aljarafe. We have done a lot of games with the elderly and also we have been spent a lot of time listening their stories.
We did this project so as to do good things for the society.
As a result it has was one of the best experiences that I did as I learn a lot about them and they have time with us due to that they felt accompained. If I were you I'd did it.

This year many things have happened, I have become a partner in a project to help people who need it. This month I am helping people in need in Africa, last month I was helping people from Syria. This month we're going to Africa next week, I'm looking forward to it! How are you? I hope everything goes well. I write to you because I want to tell you some experiences I've had helping people and helping at home.
I have done many things for others and in my house. I've been helping my parents with the domestic tasks all the time,even when I do not feel like it.I also help my friends when they have a family problem or do not understand some homeworks or jobs.
I feel good helping others and my family.For example: if you help clean up, you feel satisfied to have everything organized and clean. My satisfaction in helping is something personal.Helping others does not cost anything.Helping you feel better and satisfied, people feel supported and you release some of the stress.

Today I would like to talk you about how I have helped people this summer.
In Seville there is an association which collects food, clothing, etc... for the most needy Sevillan´s people, called LA VANGUARDIA SOCIAL SEVILLA.
A friend who is with them, invited me to go to a food collection all morning and a little in the afternoon.
It was exhausting and we did not earn any money with it, but the satisfaction of helping people in need is one of the most beautiful feelings you can feel.
It was exciting to see how people thanked you from the heart for the help that we were providing
In conclusion, helping people in need is wonderful and exciting.
I hope that someday you come with us to some food collection or something.

Hi David!
How are you? What have you been doing since I saw you last time? I have been a lot of things, but today I’m going to tell you about a project to help other people.
The project is about to collect plugs to sell them in recycling plants. In these plants, the plastics have a high value. The money received is used to help other people. My family an me have been collecting plugs for two years. When we fill a bag, we carry the bag full of plugs to a supermarket.
Thanks to these plugs, a lot of people is helped. For example, if a child need a wheel chair and it’s very expensive, with the money received from the plugs, he will be able to buy the chair.
I think that it´s a good idea to help peolpe because it´s very easy. I hope to see you son. Bye!

Hi Susana!
What’s about you? Did you remember when we participated in a volunteering to help people? I hope you remember it. It was an unforgettable adventure and we feel very good doing this. I invite you to participate this year too.
Now, i'm going to explain what is about. Is a volunteering to help people who have got few resources. This year we go to Africa, with an association colled united hands. We go for a week and in this week what we have to do is to bring food to poor people (that food comes from caritas). We go on boat with the rest of volunteers , and the travel is payed by the town hall.
The benefits for poor people are that they can survive at least for a month and they can feed their family, and it benefits you in your person, it makes you feel better.
To conclude it , i think that we can spend very good times and we can learn a lot about the life of other country. At the same time you learn that you must recycle, not waste food etc, because there are other people who need it. I hope to see you son. Bye!

I am in a group of the church called "Emaús" in which we visit old persons, we do campaigns to gather food and clothes for the neediest and also we give catechizing to children.
I like to help others because I think that way they are happier. I think that giving your help to other people is the best you can give them. And there is also a lot of inequality in the world and we do not value what we have, when a person with fewer resources would want to have what we have.

Hi Maria!, I tell you about my experience helping others persons,
I usually help to my grandmother because she need it and I never have participate in an NGO or group for help other persons.
I have helped to my grandmother sometimes because she has been hill and she couldn't go out. Two months ago my grandmother fell in the street and she had gone to hospital because she had broken her leg. Then I went to my grandmother's home every Saturday and i have been helping her during the morning. I have cleaned the house, I have gone to supermarket and I have gone to pharmacy to buy her medicines.
My grandmother have had very benefits because she haven't done something for has better healthy. I have felt very happy because I have been able to help other persons that they needed it.

I haven’t heard from you for a long time. What have you been doing this months? I miss you so much. Can you come to Seville in holidays?
Well, this year I am in 4 eso and soon we have the first math exam. I don’t like math but I understand it well. I have been helping a friend with math for three days. We have gone to the library. We have been doing several exercise and now she understand them and can practice at home alone.
The goals that she has achieved is that she can do the exam well and pass it. My reward is she is happy to pass the exam because I have helped her. I feel very good helping others.
To conclude, I think that helping other people without receiving anything in return is a personal satisfaction and more when it’s helping your friends or people who need it.

Last holiday, I have been to the beach with my cousins and my aunts. We have lived in a small house with a swimming pool.
We have gone to the beach at half past twelve and laster, we have been returning to the house to eat. One of the days, my cousins have returned to the house but my cousin Rocío and I have been staying in the beach. Rocio has been swimming when she has disappeared. I was afraid and I have started to look for it.
After swimming for a while, I have seen her hand. I have gone swimming to meet her and her foot have been catching between two rocks. I have sumerged and I have separated the rocks.
Her foot was free and we have come back home. My cousin have been thanking me so much and she have never stoped thanking me.

How are you? Since we have not seen each other for a long time, we have had an experience that has been very special for me.
This summer I volunteered for Muyog (Kenya). I went to want to help people. I went with Sam and Helen and we left for three weeks.
The first days we were having a bad time because of the food, home ... since it is not the same as here but when I spend a week you get used to it
Although there are times when you have a bad time, reward because you see happy children gives you a lot of joy.

I have not heard from you for a long time, how are you? The other day I remembered you because I heard your favorite song on the radio. How was your camp for help children? I hope to everything went as planned.
I have done many things since I have not seen you, I have helped in an NGO, I have helped in my house, my classmates and my friends, but the most important thing for me was when I helped in a soup kitchen for children who really needed that help.
I feel very good for helping people who need it, I don't need to get money in return, or don't I need to be given a prize or put in the newspapers, I do it because I like to help people and it satisfies me. I also do it because I know that when these people are helped, they feel better and more loved.

Last summer I have been helping in a kindergarten with my sister. I have done a lot of things but this year I have made some new things like help the headteacher with importants papers.
As you know in the future I'll like tl be a primary teacher but also I like small children too! The kindergarten is in Málaga and I spend there all summers, I go there because an íntimate friend of my mum works there for a long time ago and every year tell us to go there. When I was a baby I was in this kitengarden.
Nevertheless, the teachers have benefits of us, in a way my sister and I save them work and also time to do more activities. We have the satisfaction of having helped one more year and have given the best of us one more time.
So, in conlusion, I know that in the future I will like to be a teacher and work with children all time and as always, enjoy

We have been thinking about making machines to filter the polluted air.
It has cost us a lot of time and money to help the environment.
We are a group of experienced engineers.
It is an air filter that is placed in the outlets of polluting air. It consists of a grid through which polluted air passes, then passes through several filters that clean the air and at the end of the pipe is the air exit. We have placed it in different places of the city, next to a car park and on a bridge that is very busy.
The benefits are to improve the environment and the quality of life of people.
In conclusion, the air is what helps us to live and is the one that we all breathe, it should not be contaminated because it is harmful to our health and everyone has to use less cars.

I have been doing several good things for help other people. For example I have helped at home with household chores and my friends with homeworks. And long ago donate in seville toys and other things that I do not need anymore, because they are poor and they need more than me.
The children were very happy and me too. They had toys and they played so much. They had new toys and they played very happy.

Hi Nat,
I haven’t heard anything about you for a long time, how are you? I hope that you are fine with all the projects that you are doing at the moment. Whatever, I was seeing photos about your volunteer last summer, and I have been looking for do something similar. I’m going to tell you about my experience.
Two months ago I found a website about workshops with autistic guys here in Seville and my father and I contacted with them. We joined in a cooking workshop as volunteers three times a month. At first I was a little bit afraid because I have never heard about them or their reactions. But with time I’m loving work with them, although sometimes it’s so difficult , we have to be patient and do our best.
We have been working with a boy called Pedro and he is very cool, is so complecated work with him but , I have thinking about it and I have fallen into the conclusion that he unknowingly teaches me many things about life that I could not imagine and at the same time I helped him stay active.
This is all for now , I recomend it a lot if you want to try do voolunteering like that.

But not everything could be pink,I had to help my mother with housework every day.
The benefits for my mother were that when I got home, everything was clean and she did not have to start doing them, and the benefits for me were that she gave me money for the weekend.
Whenever the thing is like this I would not mind doing it, but if you do not give me money I'm sure it would be hard for me to complete the houseworks

Hello Eulalia today I'm going to tell you a gesture for the humanity I did the other day, I went to get blood to donate to the people who need it for a transfusion.
All this happened last Friday in the town hall of villanueva I went with my mother around seven in the afternoon and when I finished they gave me a sandwich and a coca cola.
This gesture that I did I think is a good gesture because thanks to my transfusion I have helped many people of my same blood type to be able to recover quickly after an operation.
I think that this gesture we have to do all because it does not hurt hardly and it is a very easy thing to do and asin you collaborate with many people, goodbye Eulalia see you soon

How's it going? I have been missing you a lot and I haven't heard from you for a long time. I haven't had time to write you because im very bussy!
This year my older sister has gone to University and she is not at home so I have to do housework and take care of my little sister by myself because my mom is working. I've been taking care of her every afternoon and every evening. Take care of a kid is exhausting! I've also worked in a environmentall project. I've gone to schools to talk the students about the importance of look after the environment and I've talked to people on the street trying make them to look after our world!
Take care of my sister is tired but I've been spending a lot of time with her so it's nice to me because I love her! And I also love helping people. People don't know how important is to look up the environment, I've been trying to change their minds and this is beneficial for their lifes and for the world.
To conclude, I've been feeling better with myself since I started helping my mom, taking care of my sister, making housework and doing the environmentall project.

Last saturday,I was walking with my mother in Seville and we saw a child was crying.The child was lost.My mother and I took him to a center for lost children.In this moment,a woman was asking if we had seen her soon.And it was his mother !!
It is good ,help to people who need it.When I was helping the child ,I felt very happy because he found his mother thanks for us.So since then I have been trying to help more people.
In conclusion,it’s always very good to help to someone, although you don’t like it.

Hello Finn!!!
We didn't talk since a long time!! How's everything in London?? I've started to participate in a young volunteer group where we do campaignes to collect aliments.
This group of young volunteers is formed by many boys and girls from my town and what we do is collect food three times a year from each house and in the supermarkets. The people of the town collaborate with us giving us food for the most needy people in the town, then Cáritas gives it to them. Besides, we visit old people who live alone and we give them a little conversation to entertain them, and we also visit the homes of the elderly.
I have been thinking about the benefits of what we are doing for people in need and there are as many benefits for them as for us volunteers.
I have recommended this to many people and they have tried it and now they are very happy helping other people.I recommend you to try some activity like this when you can since you will feel very happy with yourself. I hope you are very well and that you come to visit me one day to my house again.

Hello Simon, since you are?. I remember the good moments in the voluntary work. It wanted to return to repeat these good moments there in Italy.
Last year I was to France where there were people who needed help indeed. I was on many parts of France with Javier, also I was two years ago with Pedro and knew many people.
Just now I am studying, but I would escape in a time to helping the others, it fills me too much to see the people.

How are you? We didn´t speak so much this months. I don´t have time to speak to you because I´m studying a lot and helping my mum and my friend.
My mum is bad with her back, so I helped her to make food, put the washing machine and more things. And a friend was bad because her boyfriend don´t treat him good, so I recommend him that she have to talk to him and leave it.
The benefits we have achieve is that my mum hasn´t hurt her back more so I feel so good helping her. And to my friend that she trust me more and she know that she can count on me for everything that she need.
In conclusion, I think I have help there whenever I can without asking me because I feel so good doing this.

Here, all it's ok. Now, I'm helping in a NGO for children that have not sufficient resources for the day a day. I have to pay 12€ every months. I do it because I saw a video on internet of the conditions that they have in Africa and I needed to help. Apart, we have sponsored a child, and we can send a gift sometimes, I like it so much!
The good thing of do this that I feel very well with myself thinking that I'm helping. Also, I know that these children are going to be better thanks to my help.
I think it's a good idea help to other persons if you can do it, because it does not cost much work.. I want to travel this summer to see Brian, the boy that me and my family we have sponsored. Are you doing something to help others? Tell me! See you soon.

ResponderEliminarHi Marcos, I have not talked to you for five years, and I am not writing to you either, I hope you have been doing well in these years. Well, I want to tell you about my great experience in my trip as an assistant to Emaus.
One day, Juan the monitor of Emaus, told me that if I wanted to accompany him on his trip, I left two weeks ago. I went to a poor village in Africa, there I helped lots of children to do things they had never done, such as drawing, coloring, skipping, etc.
There were many sick children there, without medicines, and nothing to cure them, there were no doctors, it was a dangerous trip, but I was very excited to go. Juan brought medicines, food, drinks ... and many more things that could save many children
I was only four days, but I had a great time, and the best I could help people that made me feel happy

How are you? This summer I've been helping in a project which aim is to help to eldery people.
Thia group helped old people who needed help for going to the supermarket, people who needed someone to clean their house, etc. We were six people in the association and we tried to do our work every Tuesdays and Thursdays. We did this because we wanted to thank them for have been the ones who have raised us .
Old people's benefit was the help that they received from us and our company, while, our benefit, was the satisfaction of have helped and made happy to other persons.
In conclusion, I've learned much from old people and I'd like to repeat the experience.

Hello Angela!
Since it goes quite for Madrid? There does much that we don´t speak, I haven´t known anything for a long time. I hope that everything goes like always. I have been remembering very much of you, I would like we were meeting in summer.
My life to in view of a draft of 360 º, it was not waiting for me at all. The day of my birthday I was in the hospital, they did not know what had. A week later they detected the virus to me, it was treating itself of salmonelosis. I have been spending it very badly.
To two days of detecting the virus to me I me went home, I was recovering for 2 weeks.
Thanks to my family that was with me I felt more loudly, it didn´t have desire of doing anything. I was feeling with vomits and many fever. But the good thing that I have recovered and already I´m fine.

How are you? We don´t meet since last July, when we stayed playing Airsoft. What about your new High School? You wont`t believe what I have been doing during August and September.
A close friend spoke with me about doing volunteering because he participated in an association which works with ancient people who live in different Nursing Homes. For me, that was very interesting and I decided help my friend. I have been going twice a week for visit different Homes and there we have been helping and playing with old people for entertain them because they were so alone and usually they get bored.
In my opinion that has been an incredible experience for me because I have felt useful for other people and is very gratifyung to see these persons smiling thanks to you. The ancient people have enjoyed a lot with our visits and that have allowed them disconnect from their problems.
I hope that one day you come with me and enjoy from this incredible experience. See you son.
