Dear Carmen Serrano:
I am a student of fourth course of ESO. I am writing to complain about some things that I do not like about Ies Heliche, where I study.
When I entered on the first course, I decided to get bilingual to have more level in English.
Although most of the children are bilingual, barely have an English base, therefore we cannot make much progress, and classes usually bore me. However, it is not the teachers' fault because they do what they can.In my opinion, before being bilingual, you should do a pre-course exam to know the level. From there, decide who enters and who does not.
I feel disappointed because I thought that this high school was excellent. I would be grateful if you accepted my suggestion.
I expect results and improvements next year. Also the consecutive years.

I think there should be more teachers and be able to separate the larger groups into two classes, because it's quite difficult to teach a class with thirty-four students.

I am a 4th year ESO student. I am going to inform you about some problems at IES Heliche.
The first problem is that for example in my class we are 34 students and there are no tables or chairs therefore we have to share tables or go for chairs.
The second problem is about the heat that is passed in the summer months, some students are ill and you need to drink a lot of water, it is annoying that with heat 34 people are stuck in a classroom that is very hot.
My solution for the first problem is to put more chairs and more tables in the larger classes so that in those classrooms the most numerous groups can give classes.
The second solution is to put airs or some object that air. Or cancel the classes because of the high temperature.
I hope that next year you can fix these problems because of the heat especially, thank you.

I am writing to complain about the poor state of the classes in the high school and about the behavior of some students regarding the teachers and the material of the high school.I hope not to bother you with the following thing that I am going to tell you.
I would like to start with the first complaint. Students are tired because they need to study a lot and sometimes, we find a bad smell in some classes and this makes us very unconfortable to pay attention to the lessons. In some classes there are fungus on the ground for example in the A27 and the classes are poorly insulated and when the heating is put on (which you almost never put it on) or the air conditioning (which is almost not in the whole high school) all the hot or cold air.
In relation to the first complaint, I would be really grateful if you could put some air freshener in some classes.In terms of my second complaint seal the classes better and ask for more heating and more air conditioning.

Dear Carmen Serrano,
I am a student of 4th of ESO, I write you to ask you some things that I personally think it would be better.
All years, mainly in summer, is unpleasant stay in the high school because there isn't enough air conditioners, moreover there are only 2 or 3 classes with them. It's true that in that classes that are air conditioners, there are two, although, at least, one of them doesn't work or the remot control is lost ! I know that does not depend entirely on you, however I think it would be a very good point for the high school.
So, from my point of view, maybe you can put ever one in each class or it could also be an option to move one air conditioner for a class that have two from another that haven't got anyone !
I wish you think about it for make changs this course to have a less hot summer start !

Dear Carmen Serrano.
I am a student that is doing now the fourth course of ESO in Ies Heliche.I am writting this to complain about different things that I don't like of this high school.
When I arrived at this high school I thought that It was going to be an excellent one,but year to year I found things that I didn't like,for example;in summer It's very hot and there aren't any air conditioners.In winter,It's very cold and there aren't enough heaters in the classes.Another thing is that the chairs are very old and non confortable.The last thing I don't like so much is that in some classes there are too many student and is difficult to teach and there aren't enough chairs and tables.
I feel very dissapointed because as I said before I thougt that this high school was perfect,I would be very grateful if you accept my suggestion.
I hope there are improvement from this moment and this problem can be resolved quicly.

One of the most serious problems is the bad condition of the classrooms, as well as their tables, blackboards and electronic devices since many of them do not work correctly.
Another problem is the lack of tables and chairs since we are many students and we do not have enough in the classes.
My solution is to try to fix the technological failures and to do something about the tables and chairs because that way you can not give classes well
The IES Heliche is a very good institute but it has those problems.

Deam Carmen Serrano, I' am a student of 4 ESO . I am going to inform you about some problems at IES Heliche.
The first problem esque in my class we are thirty four persons and there are no sites for all, or tables are absent, or chairs are absent, the classes are very small. There are many pupils very desastrozos that divide and paint the desks etc.. In winter we die of cold, because we do not have heating, or when it is hot sweat very much because we do not have air. For example also the classes of computers, many of them do not work and the keyboards estan torn
My solution is that the classes are mas big, that the pupils are mas carefully, that us put heater and air to be able to be mas concentrated giving lessons.
I hope there ploughs improvement from this moment and these problems could sr corrected soon in order that everything goes much better.

I am a student of 4th of ESO and I would like to communicate some problems that are in the Ies Heliche.
One of the main problems are in the bad conditions of the classrooms, the chairs and tables are also in bad condition. I also think that they should not form classes with so many students, since there are so many tables and chairs for everyone, or we do not know everything well.
My solution would be to try to fix the problem with the chairs and the tables, and trymake smaller groups.

I am writting to complain about what I think are problems in the IES Heliche. I hope you do not mind my suggestions. From my point of view I see two clear problems, which are the following.
The first complaint I have is the number of students in the class, in my class for example we are thirty-four students and in some classes there are no tables or chairs for all. And my second and last complaint is that when they are hot months such as May and part of June, we need you to put air conditioners because we spend a lot of heat and if we are so many students in the classroom we spend more heat.
About the first complaint, would put more teachers to distribute the number of students we are in class. And about the second complaint, my suggestion is to put on airs in more classrooms.

Dear Carmen Serrano Polo,
I am a student of 4º ESO and I am writing to complain about differents problems in IES Heliche.
One problem is the web page of the centre. Sometimes, the teachers put in the Moodle differents things to progress in ours class, for example homewokrs. The problem is the web page is not available and the students can not to do the activities. Another problem is the fountains. In summer, It’s hot and people need to drink. However, in the building there are only three fountains and some do not work. This cause long queues and the students come late to class.
Before, I arrived to this secundary school, I heard that IES Heliche was an excellent place, but in this four years, I have observed that It is not true. I would be grateful if there are more fountains and the web page always works.
I hope that this problems are solved quickly.

The first problem is the lack of airs conditioner and heating. The temperatures in summer are very high and in the majority of the clases dont are conditioner airs, and in winter it is very cold and the heating does not work. Other problem is that the electronic devices do not work well.
Some solutions for this problems are put more airs conditioners or heating in some clases and buy some new electronics devices.
In conclusion I think that if you change this problems the school will be to much better and the students and the teachers were more happy with this school.

Dear Carmen Serrano,
I am writing to complaing about the existance of some facts that, I consider, make it impossible to be in class and that should be solved for next year and thereafter.
My first complaing is the lack of air conditioners in almost every classrooms. The heat that the classrooms keep inside in summer is unbereable and in the months of may-june this fact makes very difficoult to attend the lessons. Another complaing is the large number of students per class which also is actually annoying as for us, the students, for attend in class, as for teachers for give the lesson. There us also a lack of forniture and, the forniture we own, is very old.
I suggest to buy more and new forniture and to give to students talks about that we have to look after the high school materials, to implant air conditioners in the classrooms and to try to organize better the disposition of the students in the classroms.

I’m a student of the IES Heliche. I’m writing this letter to complain about the Heliche high school, I hope that you can do something with this series of problems.
The problems are: When we have high temperatures in summer the classes haven’t got the necessary equipment to combat this heat. Now that it’s cold we haven’t got heating either. The classes haven’t got a good cleaning and some of the furniture of the classes are broken.
The solutions that I propose of all these complaints are: First, put air conditioners in the classrooms to have nice classes, heating too. Clean of all classes and finally change the furniture of the classes.
To conclude, I ask that this letter be useful for something and some of these problems are solved soon, because many times we aren’t comfortable in class and we don’t learning anything.

There are too many students in a class. When I entered on the first course we were not so many students in my class. Classes were better distributed and we could work better than now. It is also a problem for the distribution of chairs and tables. As we are many students in some classes there are not enough chairs or tables
As a solution, I think there should be fewer students per class and If It is necessary to add more classes. For example If there are only classes from A to D and there are too many students in each one , would be fine to add a letter and like this we can be better distributed and we can work better.

I write to you because I think there are things that can be improved in the Heliche Ies I am a student who has been here for 4 years and I have observed how it works and there are things that can be improved
when I arrived at this institute I thought it was excellent even if it was not perfect But after 4 years I have realized that one of its great defects is the change of teachers every year,because when you're already used to how it works and how it explains,changes you as a teacher and that is worse for the student's life .Another flaw is that there are many students in the classrooms and it is difficult to teach the students .Last but not least I would like there to be a report for the convenience of choosing clothes
I thought that this institute was betterbut,but as more important and should fix before is to reduce students in class because sometimes it is impossible to teach quiet
I've noticed that it's high school has many imperfections, so I hope you improve what I said so we could study better and get better grades

One of the problem is that we do not have heating, and in winter we spend a lot of cold giving lessons or we have air conditioning but they are not in use when it makes heat great. Other one of the problems is that we have a very old material, since for example: the chairs, the tables, the books, the blackboard…
I think that one of the solutions would be to invest money in important things and that they need, and not to spend them in things that really do not need.

When I entered in the IES Heliche in first course of ESO, I chose the bilingual option to get better my English. But when the year started I noted that some people in the class prevented that the class could move normally doing that the level of the lesson was very simple and boring for some of the other students.
In my opinion, it will be good, if students who want to enter in a bilingual group do a exam to see their level before the year starts. And at the time of dividing students into classes , divide them depending on the level they have.
I hope that this problem will be fixed next year and you take into account my suggestion.

Firstly if I did not doing a science course ,why I have to take academics mathematics. Last year a conelor told us that if we want to do levels we have to take academics maths but during the start of the course this year, a teacher told us that it does not necessary to take it because I am doing a letter course.
I really think that it does not necessary letter people to take academics maths because we did not take up it never more. I suggest that you replace the item please, it will be gratefull for the next course.

Some of the problems have to do with the roof, especially on the roof and the class A125 the Nemesia religion teacher,The problem with this class is that every time it rains it starts to fall water from the roof and we are in danger of slipping or that the roof falls
The solution that I propose is: to fix the roof or look for another class to give the lessons and if we stay in the class where we are at least to depart the cables, as they are very close to where it falls water.

Dear Carmen Serrano,
I am a student of IES HELICHE, and i’m writing this letter to complaing about facilities and another things that i hope yo can change.
The most important problem for me is that there are some groups with many people and sometimes it is impossible to follow a class rhythm and another problem that makes impossible sometimes to pay attention is hot or cold depend on the season , in summer we are very hot and in Winter , we are so cold.
I think ,the first problem can be solved divided this types of class into two groups and the problem with temperatures can be solved for example in Winter the centre will put heating in an avarage of two hours day. And in Summer we can reduce the time-table, removing one or two hours before 2:45.
I feel a full disappointed because i think this centre can afford more facilities.I hope my suggestions have been helpful and can be resolved the soon as possible

I am a student of the IES Heliche . I am study in 4 C billingual and I am writting to complain of some things of the high school.
I am disappointed with some things in the high school . For example because there are so many students in a single class when it is clearly better studied in smaller groups, we would speak less, we would concentrate better and we would have a better performance . Also , I would like that in winter times there would be radiators and in summer fans or air conditioners for a better work.
You could do more classes to avoid putting 35 students in a class . And invest more money in radiators, fans and air conditioners.

My first complaint is towards the physical state of some classrooms, in addition to the assistance of air conditioning or heaters.
I must add that I also feel the lack of time due to the amount of homework or work or studies that some teachers send.
the solutions that I propose about the physical state of the classrooms is the reform of said, thus adding the installation of air conditioners and heaters; While for the subject of homework I think that teachers should send less and should think more about the time we dedicate and not be so strict.
I must conclude that although I have complaints towards the IES HELICHE institute, I have to say that not everything is bad since you have many advantages.

I´m a student of 4ºESO in IES Heliche. I am writing this because I want comment several problems of the secondary school and see if you would do something to change this problems.
My first problems is of the classrooms. In winter anybody put the heaters and is so cold and pass the same in summer, it is so hot in classrooms. It is very unconfortable and with the heat it is difficult to concentrate.
The solutions that I propose is to put more air conditioners in the majority of the classrooms. And for the cold, in some classrooms there are heaters so turn on when its very cold.

I am going to propose some solutions ,for improving the high school .
