    Firstly,there are psicological benefits.It improves vertical and horizontal balances,It controls your posture and increase your mobility.

    1.Introduction
    The benefits of travel are reflected in our physical and emotional health. Travelling makes us happier and can even reduce the risk of having a heart attack. So why not? There are many benefits to travel, now I will explain some of the additional benefits.

    2.Cultural benefits
    If you travel, you will discover new worlds, some that will make you feel like you are elsewhere, and others that will strangely remind you of your known places. You will know the cultural heritage of other areas and countries through its monuments, museums, or its gastronomies (among many things). You will learn about history, notice cultural differences, and may even begin to get familiar with yourself with other languages. Even if you opt for the most touristic of the tours in the most touristic destination in the world, when you return home you will be more cultured.

    3.Social and personal development
    For me the most fascinating part of the benefits of traveling is what it means for your personal development. When you travel, especially outside your country, and even more so if you go to a destination whose language is not your own, you have to learn the basics again.You realize that many of your current certainties come from the comfort of your routine.You also discover that people have other customs, other reasoning, other opinions, other values.Contact with outsiders forces you to question again many of the things you took as normal.It forces you to think, compare, understand...
    Travelling, especially in its human component, is an experience that can only benefit your personal growth.

    THE BENEFITS OF DANCING:
    From my point of view dancing is the best way in which I can express myself. I do modern dance since I have the use of reason.Although I have also practiced more dance styles, like flamenco.
    I think that all people are born as artists we want or not, but everyone isn't willing to show it to the world because it's something so pure that sometimes it can even give fear. Fear of rejection or not being accepted. But everybody has that artist what happens that some people don't develop it as much as others.

    The psychological benefits I think are many, because you can take the dance as an escape route to disconnect from the routine or take a breath for a while.Personally, when I am very stressed by exams or other things, I stand in front of the mirror and I begin to improvise. I play music and my body is responsible for moving alone.
    What's more it helps you improve your memory because you have to take steps to know a choreography; It also helps in coordination.

    In addition to the psychological benefits, it also has the physical benefits.In fact, dancing is also a sport despite the fact that there are people who don't consider it that way.It's an activity in which you put all your body in motion, you have to make strength and spend a lot of energy.
    Furthermore, dancing is good for correcting problems in the back.

    To conclude, dancing is part of life.The corporal movement that is carried out must accompany the music that is playing behind and that mobilizes the dance itself.
    Being honest,in my opinion dance is the closest thing to daydream.

    For me, reading a book is so important to add 'strange vocabulary' in our life, moreover you are training your brain as a result of doing the simple activity of reading.

    So, this activity has physical benefits for instance, it can cut down stress after a hard work day or is able to improve our sleep routine, however is better to read a book instead of the news in the screen of a mobile phone or a tablet before sleep. Added to that, some scientists say that reading can make us more intelligent.

    What's more, in our psychological life can help making easier talking or connecting with other people or even with a closer relative too!

    To conclude, we must consider reading like an important activity to try out as much we can,and of course enjoying doing it.

    Benefits in cities : The massive use of private vehicles paralyzes cities and makes them dirtier and more noisy. That is why public transport is the perfect alternative to improve the transit of cars and avoid delays and traffic jams. You arrive before work, at school ...

    Benefits for the human being : Using public transport is cheaper than using the car. If a story is calculated spent on gas, it is more expensive than what is spent on public transport.     1. Introduction:
    I think one of the things that I find most benefits is to know languages because they serve so much to meet people, as to work in other countries where your own language is not spoken.

    Speak more than one language I think it is necessary since it helps you to relate with people who do not speak your same language. Also when traveling to other countries you do not have to depend on another person or a translator to communicate.     Nowadays in the university, when you finish a career they ask you for a level of some language. Because in almost all jobs they ask you to know how to speak a language about everything, English.

    This sport was born in the United States of America, four years after basketball. It is played between two teams of six players each. It was devised around 1895 by William G. Morgan. This sport helps you exercise your muscles and open your mind when you are practicing it.


    2. THE SOCIAL BENEFITS.
    One of the social benefits of volleyball is that you make many friendships, so you have to be on a team to be able to compete with other teams. It makes you nice, more sociable... it makes you look for the people around you.


    3. BENEFITS FOR HEALTH.
    Volleyball serves in our lives to lower cholesterol levels, improve coordination and concentration, decrease heart risks, etc. since you’re practicing arms and legs at the same time.

    In conclusion I think it is a very nice sport, but it requires a lot of sacrifice and a lot of training, when you know to concentrate on the track it all goes out alone, you have to let go and be well focused.     Yoga is a very old physical and mental practice that has been expanding all over the world due to its benefits and to which it guarantees a firm body, a stable mind and a benevolent spirit.
    Its based on a millennial art that has amply demonstrated that it can improve our quality of life, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually.
    It consists of postures, relaxation, meditation, breathing, mantra or rituals and listening to relaxing music. In addition to an exercise, futhermore, it is a way of life that seeks well-being, inner peace and implies a lifestyle that commits to observing ethical guidelines, principles of life and proper nutrition.

    PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS
    Yoga achieves the integration of movement with breathing until they cease to be two separate entities and become one. His practice becomes an extremely powerful agent of transformation that causes profound changes in our health. In fact, its use is seen as a preventive or rehabilitative medicine because it stimulates the metabolic and anabolic processes and in addition, It improves the circulation of energy, oxygenating the body.

    BENEFITS OF PLAY HANDBALL:
    In general, play any sport is good for yourself but handball can give you some benefits which for example you can't receive from athletics.

    Some physical benefits are the developement of your muscles and of your physical habilities. Normally, a handball player, has got big and strong legs, a broad back, strong arms and big hands. In handball you must be very fast and you must have resistance to stand collisions and the strength necessary to throw the ball to the goal. Summarizing this part, you will be a very healthy person, it will aport you really good physical conditions.

    In addition, and whats is more interesting, you will grow as a person. In handball, you will learn of every fail, and every time you fall over you will learn how to stand up and continue, as well as you will feel like every the trainings and suffering has been worth it with every victory. But, the best of all is when you celebrate every victory with you partners. You also will meet a lot of people from diferent cities, even from other places! It's just amazing.

    I think you can live this things in any sport but, I'm talking about handball because I've grown up playing and is one of the best things I have. In my opinion, it's funny and healthy.

  26. Today, I'm going to talk about the benefits of calisthenics or also called street workout, the calisthenics little by little is becoming much more known, since basically it consists of exercising with your body weight.

    Calisthenics is divided mainly into two parts: functional training and freestyle. Functional training consists basically of increasing your strength, your muscle mass, your resistance doing specific exercises .
    Also freestyle is that at a certain time you demonstrate your best tricks , getting better skill and agility.

    The advantages of calisthenics are many: it is a way to exercise without any cost, it is done outdoors anywhere, there are already calisthenics parks in many parts, calisthenics not only develop muscular mas , you develop strength, agility, skill, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility , as well as is posible. There are many variations to train each muscle of your body, and to add a lot more difficulty.

    To conclude I would like to make clear that calisthenics can also be used materials such as pull-up bars, parallel bars, rings, magnesium, bands, etc. There are many people who think that calisthenics do not develop muscle, this is relative, because each person has a different body and a specific type of food.     Life in the city has many advantages as well as disadvantages. In the first place you have access to many services and communities, cities tend to be more modern than villages. Although it can be a very noisy life-rhythm sometimes, the advantages of cities are mainly its possibilities. Business opportunities and alternatives are way bigger in cities than in villages. But also, a disadvantage of cities
    is that they can be very polluted as well. In cities, people have fast access to their needs and desires, and this explains why over years, people have migrated from villages to cities, in almost every country in the world. That’s why the biggest population of the world is concentrated in cities, rather than villages.
    PHYSICAL BENEFITS:
    Better access to healthy food,It’s easier to see your friends ,your risk of violence or an accident is lower,less time spent commuting,cultural attractions at your fingertips,gyms are everywhere,bike lanes,meeting friends is easy,things stay open late,more opportunities for physical recreation,fewer chances to be bored,higher achievement,better access to mental health services,people in cities have higher incomes,surveillance is everywhere.

    MENTAL BENEFITS:
    Life in the city is not good..
    For instance, heavy traffic makes it challenging for me to socialize with my suburban friends. Additional frustrations include crowded public transportation, noise pollution, and having to pay nearly $10 to see a movie.

    CONCLUSION:
    In conclusion, living in the city has as many advantages as disadvantages, in my opinion I would prefer to live in the city since it is not routine as in a town for example.

    In conclusion I think everybody must to do physical exercise sometimes a week because you can disconnect. Although you have to spend a lot of energy ,it has very advantages.

    Introduction:
    Sleeping a person is one of the parts of the day where all our mind and stress go completely and we rest so that the next day we have more strength, more energy and less sleep.
    In addition to a great pleasure, sleeping well has very positive effects on our body.

    It benefits our brain and our heart:

    When the brain is rested and the production of hormones is balanced, memory works perfectly. That makes the imagination more powerful and we, more creative.
    while, insomnio increases blood levels of stress hormones, which increases blood pressure and heart rate. Other studies also link insomnio to having the highest cholesterol.

    benefits our health:

    It makes you healthier, our immune system uses sleep time to regenerate, which allows you to fight effectively against the toxins and germs that continually threaten us. With a weak immune system we have much less chance of successfully overcoming infections.

    to conclude, I think that sleep is one of the most important needs of the person, our body needs to rest and spend at least 8 hours of rest. So, if your body is tired and you do not sleep 8 hours at night at least , I recommend that even if you do not sleep at night the necessary hours, you spend 1 or 2 hours in the afternoon and rest.

    The benefits of Kick Boxing

    1.Introduction
    The sport in general is quite good (if practiced properly and correctly), but from my point of view, Kick Boxing is one of the best sports that one can practice

    2.Physical benefits
    Thanks to this sport, the one who practices it, gains a lot of reflexes and resistance. It has all the muscles in use and helps both to defend itself facing the street and to get in physical shape.

    3.PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS
    The best thing about Kick Boxing is that it helps to release all the stress in a single class. It keeps you totally disconnected from your personal problems and you spend a very good time between classmates.

    In conclusion, it is a very good sport for people who need to mentally disconnect from everything, people who want to defend themselves or those who want to have a better physical shape. If it is true that although it is very hard, you have a good time and you earn many good things

    The benefits of having siblings:

    In my opinion having siblings is something very nice and above all I think that people who have siblings are lucky even if they do not believe it. In addiction, the fact of having a brother or a sister, doesn´t mean that everything will be jealousy, envy or rivalry but quite the opposite. Therefore, I find many benefits ...

    Regarding the psychological benefits, I believe that having siblings allows you to share experiences with someone and learn since you are a baby. A brother or a sister is a person who will be your friend throughout life but with the peculiarity that he/she will never leave you like a friend would. Also if you have a sibling you learn to negotiate and solve problems with someone since you are little and also gives you good advice and helps you when you have problems.

    Futhermore, I believe that there are material or physical benefits because with a brother you can share toys when you are little. As you grow you can share or reuse the clothes with your sibling and you can even share likes and preferences like playing sports together, watch TV series, etc.

    In conclusion, although you find certain disadvantages in having siblings or adapting to the arrival of a new sibling in the family, there are many more benefits. Having siblings is an absolute luck.

  33. In my opinion, partying has many benefits. It is something that we do not usually give so much importance to, but it helps to have an active social life. I don’t go out partying everything I would like but when I do, I really feel very well with myself.

    The psychological benefits is that it helps you clear your mind. In addiction to clearing the mind, you dedicate time to yourself and at the same time you can be enjoying. Apart,you meet new people and you relate to them. It takes you out of the routine and improves your self-esteem by the simple fact that you wear different clothes and accessories.

    Partying also has physical benefits .If you go out and dance, it helps you stay active, and it's better to be at home lying on the sofa while you eat.

    I think go to a party is a very good idea because you enjoy a lot. You know new people and you can forget all problems for a moment.
